If you only know me from my work as a virtual assistant, writer, and web designer, you may not know that I am also the mother of four children–two of them with congenital heart defects. As you can imagine, that gives me a vested interest in bringing awareness to the devastating effects of CHDs, as well as very strong feelings about making sure that all children have the resources for fantastic medical care.
February 7-14 has been designated Congenital Heart Defects Awareness Week. I’ve been joined by two other heart moms and bloggers to found a Pinterest board in honor of those who have CHDs. Please join me in showing support for CHD awareness and research by visiting our board, The Faces of CHD, and repinning the stories you find there that touch you.

Craftaholics Anonymous is a fantastic blog devoted to all things crafty…as you may have guessed from the name!
