Linkup parties are a craft blogger’s world phenomenon. Many bloggers “host” these parties by installing a feature into a post that allows other bloggers to automatically add a link to their own blog. In the craft blogosphere, linkups are used to share and showoff ideas and projects. It’s a great way for like-minded bloggers to virtually “meet” and discover one another’s blogs.
As the writer for a craft/decor site, The CSI Project, I manage a themed linkup party on a weekly basis. I install the widget that creates the linkup, and then at the end of the week, I feature a group of projects selected by a guest judge.
This week’s theme was “Halloween Extravaganza”, and here are just a few of the projects selected by the guest judge.
Halloween Buffet from Crafty, Scrappy, Happy.

Black Velvet Pumpkins from Homework

Boo Pillow from In Between Laundry
